Bakery ops kit (kit-01) - $39 planned
For small artisan and home bakeries. Includes a costing workbook, a bake scheduler, SOPs and checklists, and a 30-minute setup walkthrough. Spec is drafted; real shop numbers are being validated before the build.
Auto-body shop kit (kit-02)
Queued as the second kit once the bakery kit is built and selling. Contents follow the same pattern: costing, scheduling, SOPs.
