Every engagement starts with a free scoping review: 48-hour turnaround, one real page of findings on your data, including the exact quote (per record or per source). No payment, no account, no call.
What you get
- One data engagement. A migration between tools, a cleanup/dedupe of messy records, or an automated workflow in Google Sheets or Excel, built around your actual data, not a generic template.
- Before and after run on your data. We run it against a copy of your real data and show the result side by side with the manual version, with row counts that reconcile.
- Setup notes. Plain-English instructions for running it yourself, including what to do when the inputs change.
- Error handling. Bad rows are flagged instead of silently skipped, so nothing disappears quietly.

- Sources we price: a Google Sheet or Excel workbook, a CSV set, a database table, a SaaS export, an API feed
- Spreadsheet automation (the chore you do by hand every week, in Sheets or Excel) is priced as a per-source engagement in this lane
Not included
- Ongoing maintenance or new features after delivery (quoted separately)
- Migrating a workbook between Sheets and Excel as an add-on (quoted as its own engagement)
- Connecting to paid third-party APIs (we work with what your plan already includes)
- Dashboard or chart design beyond the workflow’s own output tab
Pricing
Priced per record or per source, whichever measures the work, quoted in the free scoping review:
- Per source: one workbook, one table, one export file, one feed: $1,200 each
- Per record: for large migrations and dedupes, a per-record rate after the first block: quoted per engagement
- Floor: no engagement under $1,200
How it works
- You send the data (or access to it) and ask for the free scoping review.
- The free one-page findings document arrives within 48 hours, with your exact quote and the record/source counts behind it.
- You confirm the quote. Working delivery typically within 5 business days, installed in your sheet or delivered as a copy you can move. More than 10 business days late and the engagement is free (see Pay on acceptance).
- One revision round included within 7 days of delivery.

The delivery passes if and only if:
- Every in-scope record or row appears in the output or in the flagged list; none vanished
- Counts reconcile: source count = migrated count + flagged count, with the numbers shown
- Bad or missing input rows are flagged, never silently skipped
- Running it twice on the same input produces the same output
- Setup notes let a non-technical user run it and recover from the 3 most likely errors
- No personal data, credentials, or API keys are hardcoded in the script; settings live in named cells, a config tab, or a config file
